How we handle application information.

Information we collect

We collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, number of locations, approximate member count, and the commercial challenge you describe.

We do not request financial statements, bank details, passwords, identity documents, or file uploads through the public application form.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to programme applications, communicate with applicants, and manage the initial commercial advisory process.

The form is not used for advertising profiling or automated decision-making.

Service providers

The website is hosted and served through Vercel. Application emails are sent through Resend when an application is submitted. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for abuse prevention if enabled. Upstash Redis may process a hashed, pseudonymous request identifier for rate limiting in Preview and production.

Retention and security

We retain application correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess the enquiry, manage any resulting relationship, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes.

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to a particular use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
